Tork Craft Contractor TCT Circular Saw Blade 250 mm × 80 T × 30/25.4/20/16 mm

Highlights: 250 mm diameter Contractor Series blade with 80 precision-tipped carbide teeth and multi-bore fitment (30 mm, 25.4 mm / 1″, 20 mm & 16 mm) via included spacers

The Tork Craft Contractor TCT Circular Saw Blade 250 mm × 80 T × 30/25.4/20/16 mm is engineered for professionals working with sheet goods, laminates, veneer panels and joinery stock where finish and precision matter. The 80 tungsten carbide-tipped teeth deliver a very smooth cut, reducing sanding and clean-up on visible surfaces.

Included with the blade are reducing spacers allowing fitment to 25.4 mm (1″), 20 mm and 16 mm arbor sizes in addition to the standard 30 mm bore—ideal for diverse tool fleets. Though part of the Contractor Series, this blade is not a budget variant—it’s built for durability, consistent high performance in demanding environments and long service life.

What is the Tork Craft Contractor Series TCT circular saw blade?

The Contractor Series from Tork Craft is a professional-grade range designed for tradespeople who rely on their tools day-in, day-out. These blades offer robust construction, carbide-tipped precision and broad fitment flexibility—giving you fewer compromises and more consistent results.

Features

  • 250 mm diameter blade Gives greater cutting depth and reach across larger work-pieces and panel jobs while still remaining manageable.
  • 80-tooth carbide-tipped design High tooth count and refined tooth geometry for very smooth cuts—ideal for visible surfaces and precision work.
  • Multi-bore fitment (30/25.4/20/16 mm) One blade fits a wide variety of saws—spacers included for 1″ (25.4 mm), 20 mm and 16 mm arbors as well as the 30 mm main bore.
  • Contractor Series build quality Designed for frequent use, demanding materials and real-world job-site or workshop conditions—not merely an economy blade.
  • Fine-finish tooth geometry Tooth layout optimised for veneered panels, laminates, decorative boards and jobs where edge quality and minimal tear-out matter.

Benefits

  • Cleaner visible cuts: The 80-tooth layout helps reduce edge chipping and sanding, giving you better finish straight off the saw.
  • Versatile tool compatibility: With the included spacer set for 1″, 20 mm and 16 mm arbors, one blade does the job across multiple saws—reducing inventory and tool-change time.
  • Trade-durable performance: Contractor Series construction means you can rely on longer service life, fewer blade changes and more productivity.
  • Improved overall efficiency: By cutting cleaner first time, you spend less time on secondary finishing and more time on the actual work-piece.

Extra Information

  • Ideal for cabinet-makers, joiners, shop-fitters, panel installers, and finish carpenters working with sheet-goods, laminates, veneered boards or decorative surfaces.
  • Recommended for materials such as laminates, veneered boards, MDF, plywood, decorative panels and light joinery stock—especially where visible edges matter. Not primarily for heavy ripping of rough/solid stock.
  • Ensure your circular saw is rated for 250 mm diameter blades and that you select the correct spacer or arbor size (30 mm, 25.4 mm / 1″, 20 mm or 16 mm) before mounting this blade.
  • To maximise blade life: avoid forcing feed, ensure correct saw alignment (base plate, fence), keep the blade clean from glue, resin or particulate build-up, and store the blade safely when not in use.

Pro Tip

  • For visible edge or panel work, clamp a straight-edge guide, make a shallow initial scoring cut, then follow with a full-depth pass. Using this Contractor Series 250 mm × 80 T blade with included spacer kit will give straighter, cleaner edges and minimise sanding or edge re-work.

Safety

  • Wear eye, ear and dust / fine chip protection when cutting materials that generate fine laminate or board dust.
  • Disconnect the saw from its power source before fitting or removing the blade or changing spacers.
  • Ensure the blade is mounted correctly: the rotation arrow must match your saw’s direction of travel, and all flanges, guards and spacers must be securely in place.
  • Ensure good dust extraction or ventilation—sheet goods, laminates and veneer cut-out produce fine particulate which may harm health or machine performance.
  • Allow the blade to reach full speed before entering the cut and always wait until it has come to a complete stop before changing blades or removing pieces.
