Features
- 115 mm diameter — compact size suitable for tile saws, angle grinders and tight-space cutting.
- Continuous diamond rim — designed to produce smooth, chip-reduced edges on porcelain, tile and stone.
- Professional 3-pack bulk bundle — value unpacked for trades and volume use.
- Suitable for wet or dry cutting of high-quality finish materials (tile, stone, marble).
Benefits
- Cleaner finishes: Continuous rim aids reliable, chip-reduced cuts for finish-work materials.
- Compact & agile: The 115 mm size works well with handheld angle grinders or sliding tile saws.
- Trade-ready packaging: The 3-pack gives value and ensures spares on hand for frequent use.
- Precision and durability: Designed for professional use with quality materials and finish that helps minimise rework.
Extra Information
- Ideal for tile, porcelain, marble and granite. Not primarily designed for heavy masonry cutting (for which segmented blades may be more cost-effective).
- Check that your tool’s arbor size and rpm are compatible with the blade before use.
- Use steady feed; in finish work, slower feed gives better edge quality than forcing the blade.
Pro Tip
- For the best edge on porcelain or glazed tile, cut from the finished side and consider a zero-clearance insert or sacrificial backing board to minimise break-out underneath.
Safety
- Wear eye, ear and dust protection during use.
- Verify the machine rpm does not exceed the blade’s rated maximum speed and check arbor bore compatibility before installation.
- Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the material; support the workpiece and avoid forcing the blade.
- Inspect the rim for damage or wear before each use; replace if any segments are missing or rim is warped.
